Request Access

This page is to guide you through next steps to request access for Attestr services. Please note that only registered admin users and account owners can place request for such access. As a prerequisite, please signup as explained on Create Free Business Account if not done already.

Create support ticket

Post login to portal, expand the left navigation menu, go to Support and click New Ticket button. Alternatively, click this link to place a new request for access.

In the subject field, write 'Access for services'

In category drop down field, select Service Access.

In description field, write a detailed description of your business use case and the list the services that you would like to be enabled for your account.

Next click 'Create Ticket' button at the bottom to log the ticket. Once submitted, you will see a chat box on the ticket detail page. You will receive all communication related to your ticket in this chat box.

Once activated, you will be notified of ticket updates over email.

It may take up to 48 working hours for the initial services activation depending upon your business use case and other information shared with us. It is therefore advised to share as much information as possible in the ticket description which helps in faster access approvals. Please note that certain services require additional documents for internal KYC purposes. You will be notified of any such requirements in advance over ticket chatter feeds.
