Purchase Credits
Post activation of services in the account, credits are required to be purchased in order to use the services. As a prerequisite, please proceed to Create Free Business Account and Request Access if not done already.
For testing, integration and development, Attestr provide limited demo credits for free. These credits are automatically added to the wallet after access request is approved. Demo credits are offered only once. After the demo credits are consumed, more credits can be purchased using the steps mentioned below.
In order to consume the services, you are required to purchase credits and add them to your wallet. The pricing for each of the services is shared with you once you place request for access. Depending on your average monthly usage for each of the services, a monthly / yearly estimate can be generated. Once finalised, follow the steps mentioned below to recharge your wallet accordingly.
Steps to purchase credits
- Expand the left sidebar menu and click Wallet which takes you to the wallet page. This page shows wallet balances for all the services offered by Attestr.
- Click Add Credits action button available in the header.
- Enter number of credits to be purchased and checkout to complete payment. Once successful, credits are added to the respective wallet.
Payment model
We follow a Pay As You Go (PAYG) model. The credits in your wallet are automatically deducted upon your consumption of services. Services can be consumed only if there is enough balance in wallet.
Credits expiry
Your credits never expire. There is no minimum monthly commitment required. Once purchased, credits remain in your wallet as long as your account is active. You may use those credits as needed.
Refund policy
Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable. Any payments made towards purchasing credits will not be refunded.
You are now all set for starting with Attestr services. As already mentioned, these services are available in portal UI and through API platform. For API, there are additional steps required for registering and white listing client applications. Please check Register App further details.
